Luiz Reis is a Founding Managing Partner at Lakeshore Partners with over 30 years of experience in Infrastructure Structured Finance. Previously, he worked as Executive Director of Banco ABN Real (2006 – 2008), Executive Director of Santander (2008 – 2011) and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking divisions of Banco Santander in Brazil (2010 – 2011). He co-founded Lakeshore in 2011.

Guilherme Leme is a Founding Partner at Lakeshore Partners with over 25 years of experience advising clients in Project Finance and M&A. Previously, he worked as Vice President at Banco ABN AMRO Real (2004 – 2008) and Global Banking and Markets Executive Director at Santander (2009 – 2011), during this time he was responsible for client coverage and Investment Banking origination within the Power Industry. He co-founded Lakeshore in 2011.

Marcio Carneiro is a Founding Partner at Lakeshore Partners with over 30 years of experience in the financial markets. Previously, he worked as Executive Director at Unibanco (1995 – 1999), Rothschild & Co (1999 – 2001), Banco ABN AMRO (2001 – 2008) and Santander (2008 – 2011). He co-founded Lakeshore in 2011.

Felipe Uemura is a Partner at Lakeshore Partners. Previously, he worked with Project Finance at Crédit Agricole, participating in the origination, structuring and execution of projects in the energy and logistics sector. Felipe also held commercial positions at Crédit Agricole and Fundação CESP.

Gabriel Maia is a Partner at Lakeshore Partners. He joined Lakeshore in April 2017, after having worked in the Treasury and Project Finance areas at Banco Santander (2009 – 2012), issuing structured debt for companies in the real estate segment at RB Capital (2013 – 2015) and as M&A coordinator at Amata (2015 – 2017), a forest fund in which he actively participated in negotiations with foreign players.

Miguel Longuini is a Partner at Lakeshore Partners. He joined Lakeshore in 2016, after having worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking division, where he was actively involved in capital markets and M&A transactions.

André Martins Rodrigues is an Analyst at Lakeshore Partners. Prior to joining the Lakeshore Team in January 2023, André was a macroeconomics research and public finances intern at the Brazilian Independent Fiscal Institution (IFI).

Ruan Feichas is an Analyst at Lakeshore Partners. Prior to joining Lakeshore in late 2020, Ruan started his career in 2018 working as a logistics intern at Mahle.

Gabriel Battistella is an Analyst at Lakeshore Partners. Prior to joining Lakeshore in 2021, he worked in the Asset Management division at Banco Plural and with Private Equity at Franklin Templeton Investments.

Lucas Silva is an Analyst at Lakeshore Partners. Before joining the Lakeshore team in January 2022, Lucas was an FP&A intern at Pátria Investimentos.
